Do you track hours on retainers?

No. You're buying outcomes and access to expert thinking — not a block of hours.

Can you work as a sub-contractor for our consultancy or organisation?

Absolutely — this is one of the most common ways we work. Get in touch and we'll work out the right arrangement.

Can I change retainer tiers?

Yes — tiers are reviewed quarterly and you can scale up or down with 30 days notice.
