Where should I start if I'm not sure what I need?
Book a free discovery call. It's a low-commitment starting point that gives you clarity on the right pathway — whether that's a project package, a retainer, or something else entirely.
How does the monthly deliverable work in the Program Development Partner tier?
At the start of each month we agree on one deliverable based on what you actually need — it could be a logic model, evaluation framework, stakeholder engagement plan, or something else. It's always shaped around your priorities, not a fixed menu.
Do you track hours on retainers?
No. You're buying outcomes and access to expert thinking — not a block of hours. This means you can reach out when you need to without watching a clock.
Can you work as a sub-contractor for our consultancy or organisation?
Absolutely — this is one of the most common ways we work. If you need extra capacity, a specific skill set, or someone to lead a component of delivery, get in touch and we'll work out the right arrangement.
Can I change retainer tiers?
Yes — tiers are reviewed quarterly and you can scale up immediatly, or down within 30 days notice.
I need something bigger — full project development, management and evaluation.
